We’re all about making travel easier for you.
Now when you’re about to travel, our mini Live Tracker will appear on the home screen when you open your app.
One tap will give you live times and train updates, including Crowd Alerts! When your journey is complete, the tracker will disappear.

We all love a voucher, right? Well, if you’ve ever been delayed on a French train, you’ll love to know you can now add G30 vouchers to future SNCF journeys you book on our app.
Add these compensation vouchers when you book a French journey, just by adding them in the loyalty card and vouchers section of your search.
You may have spotted our new money-saving app feature, SplitSave, in your search results.
With SplitSave there’s no change to your journey, you just show different tickets along your route. In this update, we’ve highlighted which tickets to show where to make it even simpler.
Tap the information icon on the Ticket Options screen to see your personalised journey breakdown, then sit back and watch the savings stack up!

Streamlined searches
We’ve removed some steps in our search form, to make it easier and quicker for you to add the return leg of your European journeys.Now you’re one step closer to getting your tickets and hopping on your train. All aboard!

The fastest time to travel all London Underground stations is 15h 45m 38s – that’s a Guinness World Record held in the UK by Steve Wilson and his friend AJ since 2015.
Next time you’re booking a train to London on our app, remember you can add London Underground travel from Zones 1-6. Why not see if you can beat their time?

Easier refunds
Need a refund on a ticket that cost less than a tenner? In this release we’ve changed up how we do refunds for those cheaper journeys, to make getting your money back easier and more cost efficient.
Also, we’ve now made more ticket options refundable directly in-app with no need to contact us – as much as we love a good natter on the phone! But, for the times when you do still need to call, you’ll now be able to track the progress of your refund in My Tickets.

Done and dusted
Tickets with long expiry dates can still hang around in ‘My Tickets’ once you’ve used them. But now, if you like, you can mark tickets as ‘used’, to avoid mix-ups and keep things neat. Tap ‘Manage my booking’ then ‘Mark as used’ and it’ll free up space for your upcoming trips.
Butter fingers? Fret not, you can unmark any accidentally marked tickets, so long as they’re still valid.

Exchange rates – they change like the tide... But, our newest app update means you won’t have to worry if rates are high or low. If you’re based outside the UK, but want to book travel in the UK, you can view prices & pay in either euros or pounds. That means, no surprise fees from your bank and you’ll never pay more than you should.
And, if you ever change your mind, you can always switch your currency in Settings.
